New SALTO KS app release (iOS version 4.5.3 & Android version 5.5.5)

We at SALTO KS prioritize your user experience and continuously strive towards its improvement, from updates on our user interface to new functionalities for Pod.

From today, the new versions of the SALTO KS mobile app will be available in stores for both iOS and Android versions.

What’s new in iOS version 4.5.3

Features & Improvements

  • An improved user interface for Digital Key only users.
  • Ability to edit access rules of existing Pod guests—Pod members can easily manage access rules (when and which locks to unlock) of their guests.
  • An "invitation status" of Pod guests - Whenever a Pod member invites a new Pod guest (if not registered in SALTO KS), they can see if the invitation is still pending or not.
  • Information on "how to enable Digital Key widget" after using it for the first time—Any new user that logs in and activates Digital Key, after using it for the first time is presented with the Digital Key widget introduction.
  • Improved error messages while creating Pod guests.
  • Support for iPad.

Bug-fixes

  • Fix for inconsistencies on IQ and Events screen for members of multiple sites.
  • Fix for indefinite loading when the user tries to delete a Pod guest.
  • Fix for wall-readers being listed under low or empty battery filter.
  • Fix for the need of refreshing after using filters in Locks screen.
  • Various other fixes.

Features & Improvements

  • An improved user interface for Digital Key only users.

  • Added "guest" label for Pod guests on People screen.
  • Improved error messages while creating Pod guests.
  • A message is displayed on the camera list page when there are no cameras linked in Eagle Eye.
  • Changed URL for "Help & Support" page.
  • Updated hyperlinks under "About SALTO Systems" page.

  • Fix for inconsistencies on IQ and Events screen for members of multiple sites.
  • Fix for indefinite loading when the user tries to delete a Pod guest.
  • Fix for wall-readers being listed under low or empty battery filter.

  • Fix for "office mode" icon not shown in the Eagle Eye lock list.
  • Fix for being unable to change IQ network settings.
